'It was very expensive. And when we checked in early there was a room available but we still had to pay an “early check in fee”. Then there is a $70+ “resort fee”, which you can use toward dinner only. But we didn’t want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel when we had great restaurants at our disposal in Chicago. Then… the room they gave us was very noisy. The front desk person did help us, but it was a long process and at first she wanted to give us two different rooms that were just as noisy....
