'My family and I stayed at the Dune Lofts in Scottsdale and we enjoyed our time there. Our loft was huge, the amenities were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it was just as it was described. It was in a great location, we were close to everything that we needed. H&H took care of any and all issues, they responded back to me in a timely manner when I had any questions or when I needed help. I visited the community room downstairs frequently with my family. Views, pool and workout room great. BBQ grills on the rooftop at the pool. . This place could be your vacation. I enjoyed myself !!'

'The property was in a great location The price was great for the area. I enjoyed having all the amenities available to us. I loved the apartment feel instead of the hotel, kitchen was available and allowed us to relax more in the evenings on the balcony.'

'The service at the front desk was very helpful. My complain was the room #122 the minute I walked into the front door which was damaged and the keypad was loose. The room smelled like cigarettes the kitchen sink tiles were broken and glued on which was falling down the bathroom shower head was loose and a lady not sure if she was the manager walking all over the complex with a walkie talkie in her hand instructing young boys with dogs not sure to be security dogs outside the apartment building. ...

'Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location.'

'Communication with these people are horrible 90% of the time they don't answer the phone.. I'm also there was no towels in the bathroom . Too many people have their dogs they're making too much noise The doors squeak when do you open them they don't put w-40 on them'
