'Responsive to my pointless question, which was nice. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay, exactly as advertised. The carpet has some small staining and the AC sounds odd to start up and stop, but I could care less about those. Stains come with time and that’s fine. Loved the place. '

'The condo was very nice amd the pool was clean and warm. We loved all the beach accessories. We were here for a week and would recommend. The only reason for the 4 Stars is that it is on a busy road and Friday and Saturday night there was late noisy traffic. We are early to bed light sleepers. So if you are not, this place is absolutely perfect. .'

'We had a wonderful experience at Alicja’s place in Princeville! The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could need for a stay that feels like home. The unit is walkable to Princeville Center for shopping, eating, and even a Mai Tai at the tiki bar! We loved the location as a home base for exploring the island. Alicia was always available and responsive, and even assisted us in recovering items we left behind. We highly recommend this unit...

'Within hours of check-in, we texted our concerns re: filthy/moldy and then inoperable a/c (advertised as new and great); the problem was never resolved. There was no responsiveness to our repeated text communications to Guest Svs and we never were given the opportunity to speak with a live person from Vacasa during our stay. The faulty, very loud, and basically non-operational unit (stopping every few minutes 24/7 due to overflow in a tiny reservoir, requiring lifting and draining to resume)...

"We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much."
