'Here is my honest review. I had great communication with the host until day of check in. Instructions were not emailed to me that morning as stated in previous emails. Once we arrived at the property it took over an hour for a response to get instructions on how to get into the property which wasn’t exactly smooth. 'The host of this unit is dishonest. They create multiple listings with photos of nicer units and then when you arrive it’s not what was advertised. Once I brought this up to the host they removed the photos offline from this listing. They made an excuse the actual unit had a plumbing issue and were doing me a “favor” by providing another unit. They claimed to have told VRBO this issue and said they assumed VRBO had talked to me about it. Which was all not true. I have screenshots and more and...
