'Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. 'I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. 'Ik verbleef hier een week in een privé kamer met badkamer. Het leek alsof deze niet schoon gemaakt waren, de kamer was vuil en in de badkamer lag er overal haar. De lakens waren vuil en zaten vol plekken en gaten van brandplekken van sigaretten. Ook de handdoeken waren veel vuil. Het enige positieve was de ligging, in het centrum van Hollywood. Ik raad deze accomodatie zeker niet aan.'

'No bathroom light in room 6, for the men’s. Loose floor tile in front of sink in the men’s bathroom. Half ass cleaning job. No anonymity whatsoever. Staff talk to you any kind of way they one. No parking on site, that sucks. They will throw away ur food if it doesn’t have ur name on it. And there’s no pots or pans on site to cook with.'
