'Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. '

'Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. '

'It’s a cute property with all your basic needs. The internet went down one night and they were very,very quick to respond. They were also very responsive when texted with questions prior to and during the stay. Everything went very smoothly!'

'Really clean and comfy! Check-in directions were straightforward and easy to understand. Only downside was I attempted to get in touch with the owner with some questions and didn’t get a response. Super close to downtown and some good food and the neighborhood it’s in is very cool. Would totally stay again!'
