'This property is not properly priced. Be warned: 1. There is no paved or flat path leading to the entrance. You must navigate an uneven narrow grassy path flanked by a fence and the side of the building with no stepping stones or pavers and nothing to hold onto. Not the safest/easiest for anyone using a cane, walker or mobility device. 2. The door: you must use both hands to enter & exit the door. That’s not ADA compliant.
