'Very kind and respectful staff members(For English speakers, their English is pretty good especially the man who seamed to be the lead staff member). Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. Hotel room was clean and for laundry you can use an app to use, it also already adds detergent for you which is great. '

'As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo.
