'I’ve stayed here a couple times it was late when I got in. It was difficult to even get a cup of tea and the person at the desk acted like she was annoyed. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I keep coming back for that one reason otherwise I wouldn’t stay there. Staff should get an attitude adjustment. . Staff should get a attitude adjustment. '

'The room was not clean. They did move us once due to the condition. The second room was worse. The walls were extremely dirty. It looked like there had been water damage and other staining. The rug was also stained. There was no access to the front desk or ice until after 8 am. We had an issue with the room at 5 am and couldn’t get it fixed until 8 when they opened. The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. '

'Clean, easy access, quick check in, key drop check out. Made our quick overnight easy! We stayed for the Maine Coast Marathon and it was only 6 minutes from the lot where we caught the buses for the race the next morning. Great location!'

'Lovely well positioned guest house in Ogunquit. Lauren our host was very welcoming. We had room 7, which has a view of the ocean, slightly overlooked by the bar behind but this didn’t cause any issues. Allocated parking at no additional charge. Plenty of good quality shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement would be for a kettle to be provided. '
