'Very clean and updated. For the money ot was phenomenal. Comfy beds and plenty of room. My only drawback was no ceiling fans. The owner was easy to message and responds quickly. We have 14 people going on a cruise out of miami , while its close to the port , traffic in miami is always a mess. About 19 mins to the port turned into almost hr ride. Id definitely stay there again. '

'We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...
