'This was one of the worst experiences ive had. Our bed had old urine stains on the matress and bed frame. I asked the host to clean it and check the remainimg rooms. I stayed with assurances that it would be done. They removed the bed liner from our bed, but did not clean the urine soaked bed frame. In addition all sleeping surfaces had urine on them. My daughters pillow had urine or was soiled by body fluid of some sort. Many of the lights did not work as well. I would not reccomend this unit...

'property is well kept up. hot tub is cleaned regularly. beds are very comfortable, apartment is clean. it is close to just about everything, but not walking distance close and you have to pay to park everywhere in San Diego! Not tbe property's fault though. parking there was fine. when were there, there hapo3ned to ve other parties of younger people (we are 50) therecas well who tended to enjoy the common areas until pretty late (using the hot tub at 3 am for example) which we could hear...

Check-in was confusing as we never received instructions, the address led to the wrong part of the building, signage was poor, and the rooms are on a second floor with no elevator. Hard to get heavy luggage up. The property was in poor condition: an active AC leak was dripping from the ceiling on arrival and was never fixed during our stay, only stopping after several days. Cleanliness was unacceptable, with stained...

'Location was amazing and Collin’s was a great host - very good at communicating. Our only feedback was that there wasn’t enough towels/blankets/pillows for 6 of us. Otherwise perfect for our weekend getaway and so easy to get to the Padres stadium.'

'The bathroom window was missing blinds or curtains and the back house (literal house behind) had a clear shot into the actual room while showering. The whole house was sparcely decorated and lacked any warmth. The beds in the front bedroom were from a bygone era and felt like it. The walkway up to the house was in state of disrepair that could lead to injury. I truly believe the location is what made the stay worth while (close to downtown and great food).'
