'Pros: - Very kind staff, they really seemed to care about their clients. - 24/7 check in and services including WhatsApp communication in need of assistance. - I mentionned to the staff what I had difficulties with (see cons about humidity) but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do to help and couldn't accommodate me with another room at that time.
