'Our TV and phone were both out. No staff member was able to reset them. If we hadn't had a cell phone we would not have had any outside communication. Breakfast was only scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits no additional meats. Some Danish and a waffle maker but no batter.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Wedmore Place. We were there for a wedding which was absolutely beautiful. It was nice to stay at the same location as the ceremony and reception. The breakfasts were good with ladies who couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed our complimentary wine flights and the free bottle of wine. Our only complaint was the noise from the room above which had 2 children running all over the place. We knew as soon as they were awake in the morning. Ask for a room on the 2nd floor....

'Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,'

'Hotel parking lot is half destroyed by tree roots and appears under construction. Pool wasn't open, but looked like they are cleaning it or something. We arrived about 40-45mins after 3pm check-in, and rooms were not ready. Another family appeared to to have been waiting ahead of us. They were polite enough to apologize and provide explanation that the hotel had a couple bud loads of people that had checked out that morning. It was not a long wait, but we were moved rooms from what I overheard....
