It has old, musty and dirty furniture and appliances, It has only one in wall air conditioner for the WHOLE APARTMENT, which during 100 degree temperatures was uninhabitable. The kitchen was dirty and messy. The refrigerator and freezer had old, rotten food in it and was very old and dirty to boot. 'The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....
