'We were disappointed that when we booked the Holiday Inn for 2 mights and came back 2 days later to stay, that it wasn't the same hotel. Expedia had booked us at a different Holiday Inn farther from our destination. We had understood that it would be the same location we had been at before. We didn't appreciate the extra driving after a long day. '

'The Drury is a great place to stay. I've stayed at the Drury Phoenix airport 4 times and the rooms are always super clean. The mattresses are great (better than home). The staff is always super friendly. I love the bar staff in the evenings. Always friendly and accommodating. There are lots of choices at breakfast time and plenty of room to relax in the lobby. The rooms have a nice desk for my laptop and accessories. It's just a great place to stay. '

'Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! '
