'The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people. 'This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches. My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues. I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. 'Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. 'DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. '
