'Todo súper bien Solo como recomendación en el área abierta hace muchísima falta áreas de sombra y más vegetación, se siente solo como una explanada abierta vacía. El restaurante los corales está perfecto, todo tipo de alimentos y de muy buena calidad, los que requieren de mejor calidad son los restaurantes nocturnos. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien la habitación pulcra, el bar de piano, el boliche, la Paz que transmite el lugar, el personal super amable y atento.'

'This is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with plenty to offer for groups and families. We visited with a large group, and for the most part, the resort did a great job accommodating our dinner reservations, which we truly appreciated. However, the service was inconsistent. While some staff members were pleasant, others were not particularly friendly or helpful. Room service was also slower than advertised—although we were told it would take about 45 minutes, our orders often took an hour or...

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'Fantastic stay at the lotus beach hotel. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious! Snorkeling right is the beach coast was a nice bonus. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!! '

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
