We met no pushy sales people. The food was good at the buffet and the restaurants. The resort and staff were very family friendly. Normalerweise gehen wir nicht zweimal in dasselbe Hotel, weil wir die Erfahrung gemacht haben, dass das zweite Mal die hohen Erwartungen nicht erneut erfüllt. Hier wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt. Die Anlage ist so wunderschön und top in Schuss, wie vor 6 Jahren. Dasselbe gilt für das gastfreundliche und herzliche Personal! Einfach toll.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
