'This resort is truly about relaxing. Most of the food was amazing and having all the different restaurants to choose from was great. Many resorts have the same food over and over. It would be difficult to get board with food when there are so many choices. Don’t be afraid to rent a car and get out of the resort every once and awhile. The valet parking was easy and they were quick to get the car for you. Creating our own excursions with the rental car was quite a bit cheaper than excursion...

'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'El servicio de mayordomos por parte de Sarah, Víctor y Alejandro es maravilloso. La comida si deja un poco que desear, en general es insípida. A reserva del Restaurante porto fino, Adelita y le petit chef, los demás si tienen mal sazón, el servicio a cuarto de igual forma es de mal sabor y mejor evitarlo. La puntualidad en los servicios también deja que desear, por ejemplo el Gimnasio supuestamente abre a las 6:00 y estuve esperando una hora para que lo abrieran, lo mismo pasa con los horarios...

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
