'Property was amazing. Good food, excellent hospitality given by all staff; bellboys, frontdesk, maintenance crew & housekeeping. The nightly shows were awesome and very entertaining. Drinks were well prepared everything from a lemondrop to a mojito to a blue long island. The Grill was a great choice, Oregano was great as well. Pools were a great temperature, beach was clean a beautiful. Sadly NO HAMMOCKS but I’m sure eventually they’ll add them. Perfect getaway for couples of all ages.'

'I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos.'

'Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.'

'The beach was great and the hotel was ok. The AC did work great, so that was a plus. We normally stay at the Privilege, but they were booked, so we needed to stay somewhere else for a quick unplanned 3 day getaway. Prices seemed a little unreasonable, but food Quality was ok. If you get up early, and want to get to the beach, this is a problem. They set up the chairs and umbrellas kind of late, sometimes as late as 9am.'
