'Lived up to the hype! Definitely worth. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted and escorted into their lobby. Whole staff were so friendly and accommodating the whole stay. I enjoyed saying good morning to the staff everyday. The hotel is quite expansive so def familiarize yourself with the layout to minimize the walking. Food options were extensive. Ate at a different place everyday. Right on the beach which is a plus. One thing - if you want a decent spot by the pool, you have...

'Amazing staff'

'Food is 10/10'

'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times.'

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back.'

'excelente hote, instalaciones muy padres, muchas atracciones, alimentos excelentes , atención muy buena , la pasamos muy bien.'

'The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Food is not the best but we did only breakfast and not all inclusive.'

'Location is great; beachfront as well as within walking distance to all. The hotel is safe and clean.'

'Great resort if you want to avoid crowds!'

'Unique & clean. They think of everything including hairdryer, toaster etc. Really very nice & great location!'

'👍'

'The room was great & clean! Lovely view from the balcony. Great location near the ferry terminal. We just didn’t use the pool because you have to go out of the hotel, and enter via the restaurant next door.'

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'
