'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'The resort is a very services dedicated place. It is a place to telax enjoy beach and have massage. The food is delicate and well balanced. Beach is clean . Beach concierge are given attention to customer to bring the experience at another level. '
'Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.

'Hotel Ixchel is a beach front hotel that has access to the most beautiful beach in the island. The restaurant has good food and drinks. The staff is friendly and very flexible. The only disadvantage is the noise. There’s loud music always playing from different restaurants around adjacent to the hotel. '
'The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories'
