'With all of the stellar reviews, we expected to fall in love with this place. Sadly, it just didn’t meet our expectations. The good: Large, clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. Helpful, genuine staff. The pools were very nice. They went above and beyond there - pool staff would even come by and clean your sunglasses for you. The pool concierge helping set up your chairs was nice. Food was decent, but I’ll write more bad than good unfortunately. I will say the lamb chops and tiramisu was wonderful...

'I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos.'

'Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.'

'Lotus: Clean rooms. Front desk is very informative. Taxi service is usually readily available right outside Lotus. They also have their own golf carts to rent. Spa treatment was great. Guru restaurant food at lotus was great (two plates we ordered ceviche and the black angus burger with truffle fries - best truffle fries I’ve had anywhere, ask for the habanero hot sauce it’s delicious) although they close the beach access from lotus relatively early in the evening you still have access to it...

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'
