'Amazing services. The amenities are definitely something to remember. The staff were very attentive. The entire place was so clean and the room service and restaurant staff were so nice. I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.'

'This place was beautiful with clean room, awesome staff throughout my favorite Person? was Jesus at the inside bar when I had an accident he showed true compassion and kind throughout our trip asking me how I was. The room was spotless. We had a couple little issues with the toilet that did not flush very well and they fixed it promptly. Food was excellent to fair depending on where we ate. Pool beautiful. My favorite was the ocean waves and temperature. Enjoyed using my float!'

'Mis hijos y yo visitamos para celebrar mi cumple y las fiestas patrias. Es un hotel muy bonito con habitaciones muy grandes y modernas! El buffet es bueno y la comida estuvo deliciosa, pero le falta mas variedad de fruta. El personal es muy amable y atento. La playa es hermosa y solo un par de dias hubo zargazo desafortunadamente pero los demas dias estuvo perfecto. El area de toboganes es pequeña pero mis hijos la disfrutaron. Sería mejor si esa area estuviera frente o mas cerca de la playa y...

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'Staff was nice esp. Beatriz, the housekeeper. Special mention to Eliseo, from the restaurant, who gave me the papaya I requested on 12/27 when I couldn’t find it on Elements Buffet Restaurant. Other waiters like Fernando(Jaime), Ricardo and Edival were so friendly and accommodating. The place was so clean and bed was comfy. It is a walking distance to shopping malls. The restaurants serve good food but you need reservation to most restaurants except the Elements Buffet Restaurant. Food in...
