'Excellent stay, felt like we were staying with friends. Clean inside and out, everything needed was provided includes coffee, water filter and all the appliances. Has nice screened porch, kayaks provided, bicycles provided, beach gear provided and if the fruit on the trees are ripe you are welcome to pick them. We felt safe the entire time and parking is close by.'

'This beachfront studio was a great location to stay in the Kapa'a area, with direct access to a beach and ability to watch sunrises every morning. The unit itself was clean, with the king-sized bed taking up most of the main space as well. It was also nice to have beach chairs available within the unit to use during our stay.Communication with Dave was great during our time there, with detailed check-in and check-out instructions provided. There is also a shopping plaza conveniently located...

The apartment itself was spacious enough for the 3 of us and was located in a great area. Very easy to access all sides of the island. 'Perfect condo for our trip, nestled slightly out of town which turned out to be a blessing due to traffic in Kapaa. The condo has everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Freezer is loaded with ice and ice packs for the cooler as well. Very clean. The outdoor patio is great for meals and cocktails. '
