'Het hotel was op zich oké maar kon op veel punten verbeterd worden.
Bij het inchecken moesten we 3 keer terug naar de receptie vooraleer we een werkende sleutel hadden om de kamer binnen te komen.
De muziek bij de liften was oorverdovend hard, de vuilnisbakken puilden uit.
Er was alleen housekeeping op verzoek en dan nog heel mondjesmaat (bezuinigingen?).
Het ontbijt was erg basic en vaak ontbrak ofwel melk, ofwel yoghurt, of nog iets anders gedurende een paar dagen (ook weer...

'The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. 'First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around...

'We had a peaceful stay for a night. Beds was nice. Needed bed sheets for sofa bed. Requested front desk and revived quickly. Peaceful night sleep and breakfast was nice and satisfying. Only suggestion is there was no chair in the room that goes with the work table. '

Also my watch had fell by one of the furniture i moved it to get it and there was trash I mean the cleaning ladies can do better other than that it was good.. One last thing i liked that they did the House keeping but it was done w/o us knowing until afterwards just please be considerate to next time just ask us if we want it or Not. '
