'Biggest con was they did not have fruity water upon arrival, but they did offer to serve you a drink on arrival downfall though there was no fruity water anywhere on the premises. I like going to Mexico for fruity water. The property is large. There are three pools. The adult pool has a lot of drunk people at times but that’s OK. It’s still nice. The kid pool have family pool gets the most hours of sun in April. Just the way the hotel is situated. I’m not sure if it’s a timeshare that they tried...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
