'I've lived in PHX for 15 years, came back on biz. Booked this property based on photos & it seemed like a value. 4pm checkin, but I had a meeting at 5 & was arriving that day. Night before, I requested a 1 hour early check-in, they said it would cost an add'l fee of 150% of the daily rate, due to the possibility of a last minute one-night stay & they couldn't guarantee it would be ready before 4 - except, if the fee was paid, then it would be ready? 'My wife and I stayed in this condo for a week while visiting family. The location is very good. Major roads are a stone's throw away to connect you to any part of Phoenix. There are plenty of conveniently located stores nearby. The property is beautiful and very quiet. The pool/spa area is fantastic. We didnt use the pool but it was very pretty and serene. 'This upstairs condo unit was exactly what we needed for a winter getaway to Phoenix. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do and we really enjoyed the community hot tub after a long desert hike. The unit was stocked well and clean. Communication with the manager was easy and they were very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. '
