'Nice place to stay in Philly area. Clean and convenient. Shower was AMAZING! Close to airport. Close to Niko's Steaks where I had an amazing cheese steak. I had a wonderful time here and would reccomend.'

'Host was great with communication and made the stay very comfortable for us'

'The host welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my coffee. It was a quiet area and convenient to many of our destinations. Highly recommend.'

'I very much enjoyed the place. Found the house clean, updated, and comfortable. I slept great. One minor item is that the TV and/or remote do not seem to be synchronized and I was not able to enjoy it. Again, I really enjoyed the house and will be sure check it out for any future Philly trips.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while in Philadelphia for the AC/DC concert. The location was a huge plus — only 2.3 miles from Lincoln Financial Field, which made getting to and from the concert so convenient. The property was comfortable, clean, and a great home base for our Philly visit. After a long day of exploring and an incredible concert, it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to.We also really appreciated the communication and the overall ease of the stay. 'Ivy was very responsive to my questions and is a great host. Her place is a lovely refuge in West Philly. The surrounding area can be a bit sketch, but loved her place and the garden out back. Appreciated the air conditioning and the pristine basement laundry space complete with supplies. Super clean. Plenty of big fluffy towels, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner. Many vacation rentals seem to be foregoing/skimping in the amenity area, so it was a pleasure to not have to worry about that. Great...

'House was very nice, and had been moderately cleaned before we arrived. Lost of bedrooms and the bathrooms were very roomy. The biggest concerns were the lack of parking - needed to park 2 streets away by a overpass, and there are many steep stairs in the house. We didn't use the hot tub and the owners were very responsive to the questions we had. The location was very good for our needs and very close to the interstate making accessing local areas easy.'

'Great place close to all the things we enjoy! Just was fantastic'
