'The room is nice, clean and well located. But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. '

'Location was great for Shinjuku. Place is very cozy. It is comfortable for a short stay. Dryers are inefficient and no place to dry the laundry on longer stay. Bathroom is adequate but if you are over 6’ 2” be ready to duck. At my height I had to bend knees to shower or my head would hit the fan.'

The room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave the baggages at least which was great. They also helped us with a rental vehicle to the airport. This is a budget friendly place that provides basic needs and is very close to Shinjuku Station and at the center or everything.'
