'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay. 'Communication was wonderful and the property was more than promised. As US residents and first time visitors to Japan, it took a little time to understand the functions of the space. After a couple of hours all became crystal clear. We cooked in all evening meals, the kitchen is very comfortable and stocked abundantly with utensils and bar ware. Good neighborhood shopping within walking distance as well as metro station. We spent 5 days here and ventured out by rail every day.'
