'Wonderfull place. Hosts were helpful and great to work with'

'The house was great. We loved it. We really liked all of the dog accessories, a dog bed, bowls and decorations. The access to the beach being just a walk away. Joe was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.'

'The owner thought of many amenities that I haven't seen before like breakfast bars and oatmeal packets. Very much appreciated.'

'Great experience! I had a few questions, and the owners responded within MINUTES!'

'If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. Very convenient to Milford for eating as well. The property was perfect. Clean, secluded, quiet and plenty of wildlife to watch. Also just a few minutes from the ocean. The AC worked great and there are ceiling fans throughout. The host couldn’t have been better. Very easy to communicate with and actually notified us of a...

'Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable.'

'Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...

'Checks every box!'

'This property is well cared for and that shows in the hospitality of the host. House has everything you need! Close proximity to the pool and pier make fun days for kids! Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, shops, etc. 100% recommend!'

'Only one block from the beach and very spacious! The host made communication easy and we enjoyed our stay.'

'Our family of 11 loved the house with its big open spaces and plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need. The owner, Mike was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The walk to the beach, Dairy Queen and into downtown Lewes was very easily made with our 5 grandkids aged 5 to 18 months. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and the screened in deck/porch on the main floor. Thanks for the memories!'

'Fantastic property for our trip. We are looking forward to staying there again next year. Great owners!'

'If you are considering this property - rent it without hesitation! Everything is exactly as described ( or better )'

'This was a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and everything was super easy and accessible! Jim was a wonderful host. We would happily rent this property again next summer :)'

'We received OUTSTANDING support from Kristin! She responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. She made our stay convenient and comfortable! Thanks to Kristin!! :)'

'Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...

'From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. You could tell this...
