'Clean room and hospitable staff'

'This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!'

'The room is large with a big tv. The towels are low quality, small, thin, and rough. We asked multiple times for them to clean our room, but it wasn’t done in our three day stay. There is no place to hang towels, so we had to request towels daily. I researched this hotel and found great reviews, but was surprised to discover that I was mislead. If this hotel was better maintained, I think it would’ve been a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the colorful quilts were nice.'

'Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

'The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother.'

'Prima hotel, zeker voor 1 nacht. Je kunt het beste vooraf aangeven hoe laat je arriveert. Eigenaresse is niet altijd aanwezig. Er is geen receptie. Kamer is modern en sfeervol. Badkamer is ruim en erg modern. Beiden erg schoon. '
