'Had 2-bedroom villa and villa and grounds were clean. Villa and grounds including pool are smaller than they appear in pictures. Convenient parking and daily cost was reasonable. Appreciated the small cooler, beach chairs, towels and wagon provided. Nice location, 5 min walk to beach and to small grocery, restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was professional and courteous. We had issues with broken coffee maker and toilet not refilling and disappointed it took to day 3 before the issues were...

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'Arrived the week after Mother’s Day. Despite calling ahead due to disabled child and being told a room would be ready arrived and the only room ready was a 200$ up charge. WiFi did not work the entirety of the stay. Hotel did not have washcloths despite asking for them multiple times. Room was still dirty when we entered with a tips and hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The pool was nice and the location on the beach was good.
