'50 steps to the water and right off Pine street! Ice cream, coffee, small grocery store all walkable and the Waterfront Restaurant is right there! Well appointed, well decorated and clean.'

'Apartment is very clean, wide spaces. Only inconvenient thing is the alarm bypass pressing at the door every time you enter or exit. Other than that, I think it is a reat location, crossing the street to a small beach, great restaurant crossing the street and very close to the main street Pine Ave.'

'The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.'
