We were in San Diego when an earthquake happened and Ignat called and checked on us. Check in and check out process seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to return!'

'Great proximity to breweries, restaurants, & coffee shops, and very close to airport, beaches, and other major San Diego sights! We were able to walk to breakfast (Moe Coffee & Lazy Eye Coffee are great!) in 10-15 min and an Uber to Petco Park was less than 20.The building was VERY quiet, as was the neighborhood. 'My four life-long friends and I gathered to celebrate 60 years since graduating from high school. We are senior women, mostly grandmas, who loved the spaciousness of the home, the privacy of individual bedrooms and bathrooms, the well-appointed kitchen, and the sheer beauty of our surroundings. We played cards, laughed, nibbled, and sipped a bit of wine. Matthew, the manager of the home, was gracious and oriented us well to the features of the home. We had a superb experience! Thank you!'

'This property actually exceeds expectations. The house is clean, luxurious and spacious with a lovely backyard including a covered patio, nice green grass and fruit tree area plus a very welcoming hot tub. A wonderful location in La Jolla Shores with easy beach and restaurant access. A great experience overall!'

'Cute place right off the boardwalk and close to the ocean. The community hot tub was a little weird. We weren't sure how to use it and felt awkward so we didn't use it. I couldn't find additional bed linens for the futon so we used a duvet cover. Other then that it was a great place to stay. '
