'We were pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated accommodations at the Sea Latch. We have been coming up to York Beach for 30+ years. We usually rent a home but plans changed and we decided to come up for a long weekend. We were a group of 14 divided into 4 families/4 rooms. We booked it two weeks in advance. We had some minor hiccups with our reservation - one party paid for a Deluxe studio but got a standard room instead. Unfortunately they were booked solid and could not accommodate...

'Great location (near Kennebunkport) and affordable. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great too. The second floor would be pretty much inaccessible to anyone with any physical limitations but it is a good place to stay. '

'Wij hadden een Cabin voor 4 personen. Meubilair is gedateerd en ook vies, de bank had vlekken. De keukenimventaris was verre van compleet, 1 glas, 3 borden. Ook staan er maar 3 stoelen buiten. Zwembad was lekker.'
