'The property owner was a communication rockstar—super responsive and friendly. There’s one king bed (comfy and clean!) and an air mattress—I brought my own, but theirs was chilling in the closet, ready for action. Only minor gripe was the bathroom: shower curtain had a little moldy fringe and the drain was a bit sluggish. Nothing a quick fix can’t handle, and the owner was great about feedback. Location? Perfect! Close to downtown but peaceful. Pool’s just steps away, and parking was a breeze....

'Outstanding property and location. Tree lined streets. Beautiful, friendly, and safe neighborhood. Across the street from promenade/water. Five minute walk to Hyde Park Village. Ample and safe parking in lot and on street. Very dog friendly. Super comfortable bed. One thing to note is the unit does not have a freezer, which I thought was odd otherwise all was perfect. Cannot wait to return. '

The host is very easy to communicate with, and he is kind and personable.The location is amazing! 'Billing issue so vrbo had to cancel me so I could rebook. Host jacked up the price knowing I was told to rebook due to an issue outside of my control. I rented another place. Thought it was a low move.'
