'it was good'

'The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.'

'At my request, the desk clerk gave me the quietest room available: one with no one above it or beside it. Before giving me the keycard, he asked if I would use the refrigerator. When I said I would, he told me that the refrigerator in that room had been removed for repairs, so he would bring a replacement. He soon did, cheerfully.'

'The room was clean and front desk person was nice. The property has no elevator which makes getting bags up to the 3rd floor a struggle.'

'Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. '

'Parking was easy and secure. I didn't have 1 issue. Staff was awesome even the day after I was looking for my key and one of the staff saw me and offered to help. I already met the woman so she knew I was a guest. I found my key at bottom of my shopping bag. I thought that was very nice because not a lot of places do that and she went out of her way. I appreciate and will stay there again the next time I visit.'
