'The property is a boutique Hotel. We stayed in a ground floor Deluxe room, that had an exterior window facing the street. It is fixed, meaning it cannot be opened and has mechanical shades that block out the street lights and the hot sun. The rooms are small (not cramped) , but well appointed and stylish.
