'The neighborhood is quiet and there are many good restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well furnished for our needs. Check in and check out process were quick and easy. The host was responsive to questions and friendly. The house had lots of smart technology that might be confusing for some guests but overall we loved our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.'

'The description of the property does not reflect what I encountered. The property is in a very rough neighborhood, and the description of it being culturally diverse is a stretch unless the diversity consists of drug addicts, prostitutes and unsheltered. The property next door and others on the street had boarded up windows. The street looked very unsafe. This was not gentrification in process but unfortunately a neighborhood in distress.
