'There is not reception. I had to call many times to the WhatsApp number in order to check in. Checking out was also very troubling, when I was ready to go, there was no one in the entrance and again wouldn’t answer the phone. I was instructed to left my luggage inside the room but only for 2 hours because they DO NOT KEEP YOUR LUGGAGE FOR YOU. 'Beautiful accommodation in a very convenient location just a few minutes from central train station the room itself is huge and well appointed and was very comfortable. If you don’t mind a little bit of noise and some people loitering the main building doors at night (completely harmless though) I’d fully recomend this unit. '

'Not a great exterior but the property itself was excellent. Best part was Antonio who was very responsive and accessible. Any issues were addressed immediately. He was available late to let us in as our flight arrived late. He checked in periodically to ensure everything was OK. Only thing I did not realize was that the bathroom was not en suite. "Super central location and great facilities and friendly staff! Were able to check us in a bit earlier, catered to requests like extra blankets and were friendly from the valet to the desk to the restaurant. The room was really spacious and the amenities were good. Love love loved the location, 5min walk from the metro and 30 second walk to the tram stop. Plenty of restaurant options in the are too and made it very easy to get around. Not to mention it's convenient when booking a day-trip to Como for example as the meeting point for the buses is right outside the hotel. Despite being central there were no noise disturbances at all (we were on the 1st floor even). Overall a great stay and would honestly stay again when visiting Milan a next time! "
