'A perfectly suited studio for my stay for the Garden Walk Buffalo. Nicely updated and was close to the areas for the garden walk. The window unit AC in the bedroom was helpful for the hot weather, especially for the 2nd floor walk-up. Nearby street parking that's relatively easy on weekends. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. '

'Don't stay here, terrible experience, the neighbors were very loud at all hours of the night, yelling banging walls, slamming doors, playing music could hear through the walls, used condom on steps, shared balcony dirty, neighbor hung their laudary all over chairs, rails, Our AC went out the first night tried to call agent no answer, didn't even email to let us know they fixed the AC, only our floor was out, rest of building had electricity. The sofa looks nice in the picture, terrible to sleep...

'This is a great location. You are 5-10 minutes from anything located in the city.You're 25 minutes from a Bill's game and 15 minutes to a large shopping mall and plazas.. The Peace Bridge to Canada is 2 blocks away and you can get to Niagara Falls in 30 minutes. The apartment is as advertised.'

'DO NOT BOOK The property owner did not reprogram the door lock properly and as a result I was left stranded outside the door for 3+ hours after the check in time. I reached out to the owner through Expedia and VRBO but received no response for hours. Even after I gained access to the property, the lock continued to malfunction throughout my stay. I had to carry all my belongings with me personally every morning. The property itself is extremely run down and dirty. The floor is sticky, the bed is...
