'Everything inside was clean, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a great location in a Hispanic area of town, also near a university. There a couple great pizza joints nearby. It’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Parking can be a challenge if to have more than 2 cars. We did accidentally get blocked in one morning but the owner handled it very quickly. '

'What a beautiful apartment, so clean! I loved all the thoughtful touches.. extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, feminine products, water bottles! Just felt very welcoming and comfortable! The owner was so easy to communicate with and help with any questions! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay. We stayed over night for a concert at River works that was about 10 mins away. The neighborhood was quiet and nice too! '

'Great location! Short walk to restaurants and Shea's theater. I missed in the description there isn't a livingroom, but the space works great if you are in need of a place to eat and rest. Despite only 450 sq ft, it didn't feel too small for 2 of us. The stairs are a little steep to the 2nd floor, but wide enough with a railing. 'We had a great stay at this home in Buffalo. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful art pieces throughout, which made it feel warm and inviting. There was plenty of room to spread out, and everything was comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area, especially with a group!'

'The design of the property was nice and it was spacious. But as we stayed we noticed some pretty major issues such as a broken door jam which makes it so the main level bathroom door right off the kitchen doesn't shut. The kitchen was missing quite a few essentials. But the biggest problem was the blanket of spiders on the exterior of the house and having to kill several spiders a day inside as well as ants in the trash and on anything left out. 'This property was very outdated, unappealing walk up which I’ll chalk up to winter, hallway roof stains, very worn out noisy uneven wooden floors, old rusted vents, bad lighting with old shower. I feel bad for writing this, but it was really unexpected. The beds were the newest things and were clean and slept well. The couch felt worn, living room table wasn’t clean and overall the place just didn’t feel clean. Some may think it’s vintage, but I wouldn’t recommend. Owner needs to update. '
