'This is a nicely renovated townhouse with modern decor. It is well stocked with the things you need for a long or short term stay. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds. Hosts responded quickly to all communication and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.'

'The unit was a building separate from the main house. It was spacious, clean and comfortable! It was located in a housing development with easy access to main routes, restaurants and shopping. The bathroom is really small (see pictures). Everything else was perfect!'

'Perfect condo and location for us, just as described, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the pool area (hopefully the association will be getting more pool chairs though) and everything about the condo and back patio. Enjoyed all the kitchen utensils and extra small appliances the condo had, made cooking our own food super easy!'

'It is as shown. Washing dishes by hand is not the best for sanitation for the next guests. I would suggest a mini dishwasher. This apt is located on the lower level of a private home. Beautiful landscaping.'

'My husband and I were in Phoenix for medical reasons. Steve and Roxann were the most wonderful hosts. They made us feel very welcome. She even went as far as to give me fresh, grapefruit, fresh lemons. She gave me a ride to the hospital they just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It was almost like being family. They didn’t intrude. The bed was so comfortable. I made quick friends with their fur babies. We will definitely stay there again!'

'This is a really special place, primarily due to the staff (who likely include the owners). They were very welcoming and accommodating. The cabins are quaint and get the job done, in a somewhat rustic way. We enjoyed their communal dinner twice and it was fantastic, and breakfast was great, too. I would definitely stay there again!'

'The efficiency unit is exactly as pictured/described. My husband and I stayed 27 days and enjoyed the central location near everything in Fountain Hills, and an easy drive to Scottsdale, Mesa/Red Mountain and the ASU campus to visit our grandson. Each day we were out exploring the gorgeous Fountain Hills area and nearby communities of Rio Verde and Tonto Verde and play golf at the nearby courses of Desert Canyon and WaKaPoh. We appreciated the clean and comfortable efficiency unit to come back...
