'Looked at my cc today, they randomly billed me 2 times 16.95,called and the guy said he had no idea why. Said he is reversing charges, we will see. The hotel is great clean, neat,helpful staff, on the beach but check your bill. Stayed there 3 times but just happened to catch the extra charges this time. I’ll b back but I will b checking my cc after this. No idea if they did this before it’s been a couple years ago since our last stay'

'We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Ellie’s Beach Resort! Our room was super chic, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location is amazing, and the pools were really nice, especially the adults-only pool! The staff was friendly, and we appreciated having our bed made and fresh towels every day. My only complaint is that the rooms aren’t swept or mopped during our stay. With all the sand from the beach, it would have been nice to have the floors cleaned, as the sand all over the room was a bit...

'It was a good stay. Nice hotel. Our room had microwave and mini fridge which was a great surprise! The only downside was that our room was not cleaned every day of our stay which we did not know.'

'Oceanview was great! Cleanliness not so much, found leftover food and nail clippings on the carpet, but I had worse. Access to beach easy, Staff very friendly and courteous. Overall very good!'
