'A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place.'

'We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind.
