When I got to the property, the front door was already open, raising serious concerns about security. Inside, the floors were dirty, the beds were unmade, and the trash from the previous guests had not been removed. There were bugs throughout the space, and the front door handle was broken, making the property feel unsafe and poorly...

'We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. '

'The stay was beautiful. We arrived at the house and searched entire place to decide who would sleep where. We didn't get our the address until the day before we arrived. When I stay at a hotel, I get my room number right away. After the first day, I notified the host of the kitchen window, it was still broken the day we left. Notified the host about the stove and it was still dirty. Other than those things it was a pleasant place to stay. I would tell my friends about it. '

'Convenient location to upstate snd downtown NYC. All the rooms were good size. Appreciate the welcoming outside space both out front and in the back area. Plan to come back later this year.'

'Great location. Close to train, major highways, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very clean and updated. Easy check-in and out. Although you are in an apartment above hosts, its very private and quiet. Was worried about parking on the street, but was not a problem at all, had spot right in front of house. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of a side street. '

'I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...
