'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

'It's an elegant older house with lots of room for company. Family friendly. The pool was great. My family enjoyed it.'

'This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.'

'Property was exactly what we needed for our stay'

'So much space to hang out with our friends!'

'I honestly can’t say enough good things about this experience. The Hosts made everything about the process simple. Very friendly and accommodating, and responded quickly and clearly with answers to any questions we had. The property lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Wonderful experience all the way around.'

'Nadia’s property was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable. She had tons of Keurig pods and different teas. There were sweet snacks and candies out when we arrived. The distance to drive from Sleepy Hollow to the property then to West Point from the property the next day wasn’t bad at all. Nadia was prompt in getting back to us if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!'

'people above us, low parking availability, shower nicd'

'Definitely as advertised. Host very helpful. Expensive given the tiredness of the house.'

'Great location - very spacious and strong AC! host was very communicative and easy to deal with.'

'We had an amazing stay at the lake house. The home is beautiful inside and out, and there is every amenity you could think of, from cooking and cleaning supplies to extra towels and blankets. The view of the lake is stunning and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the little community. Linh is an excellent host and helped answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back!'

'The property was amazing. The house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. Plenty of space yet still cozy. Host was very communicative and gracious, had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back!'

'This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog...

'Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....'
