'Pros: Quiet neighborhood, kitchen stocked with all essentials & extras, spacious areas to spread out, check in/out was easy. Cons: The driveway situation is tight and inconvenient, the property needs some basic maintenance (paint, outlets tightened up, detailed cleaning in corners, spray for insects, etc). That said, these things could easily be overlooked. The real kicker for us was the game room - it looked great in the photos but it is located in the garage - it was extremely hot out there...

'We enjoyed the most amazing weekend here in Seagoville. Melissa and Jeremy are the absolute best hosts. Everything about our visit was fantastic right from the check in. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. 'We enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO after our daughter had our newest grandbaby. We were able to bring our two other grands over to this home and keep a close eye on them to let the newborn and Mom & Dad get settled in. This home has 3 bedrooms downstairs and one loft, so it was very convenient to have one room for each of the other children without needing to go upstairs. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the house was very cozy. Also a plus -- it's VERY near all the shops and restaurants...
