'El personal daña la imagen del hotel. Si saben que tienen rentadas las habitaciones deben tenerla lista para los huespedes. Cuando hice check in llegamos y el TV no funcionò. Se lo informants a front desk y dijo que iba a enviar a alguien. Ratana’s cansados así que le dije que lo hicieron al dia siguiente. 'I booked my friend a two-night stay at the Best Western in Gold Canyon, Arizona, in October 2026. During his stay, smoke abruptly filled a hallway. He went to the front desk to report it, but the clerk, busy with another customer, dismissed him until he repeatedly stated there was a fire. Only then did she investigate. They eventually discovered a dryer had caught fire, and only after that did she call the fire department. They arrived quickly, but smoke lingered and made it difficult for him to...

'Lack of parking is so inconvenient. Had to park in a lot so far away, called for cart rides. Took far too long waiting. Packing luggage twice as much. Not good at all.'

'Always love to stay at this hotel. Staff is wonderful and very helpful.'

'Excellent location. My only criticism is the property is aging and needs updating. Room furniture cabinets are very old. The slot machine chairs are very worn and should be replaced with new ones.'

'Hotel is very clean and modern. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the location for visiting the Superstition Mountains and Tonto National Forest. Only 30 min drive to the airport. The breakfast had a large selection and the best we have had and we have stayed at a lot of chain hotels. Would definitely return!'

'Very beautiful. This place is old and rustic but well kept and clean. Horse back riding was great, the staff is really friendly and the food is great also!'

'Staff was very helpful and breakfast was a nice touch'

'Absolutely perfect! Beautiful views, quiet and relaxing overall. The only negative was the lack of comfortable patio furniture on the 2 patios. There’s 2 beautiful patios with hard folding chairs to sit on and no tables to put anything on. We still had incredible views and a good time, but would have been much better with patio furniture. '

'We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and perfect location. '

'Great place!!!'

'Great place. On a golf course and very close to falcon field.'

'I love staying here. I’m able to have my family over that I go to visit with no problems it’s what’s important for us. We always enjoy the pool'
