'Super cute cabin! Really enjoyed the secludedness of it, and spent most of our time sitting on the back porch listening to birds and watching the deer come up to eat corn. Made some steaks for dinner and realized i had forgotten my seasonings, but there were several options to choose from in the cabinets so the crisis was averted! Lovely property owners that gave all the information needed for our stay. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area '

'Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. 'Spent the weekend here with the family and had a great time! The cottage is clean, cozy, and right on Lake Dunlap. It’s peaceful but still close to New Braunfels and Gruene.We grilled burgers by the water, went swimming, and did some fishing right off the property. The kitchen’s well-stocked, the beds are comfy, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing.Great spot for a low-key family getaway—would definitely come back!'

'This property was incredible. Paula and Ollie were such genuine hosts. The property was sich a hidden gem. So quiet and beautiful while still close to the things we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the spaces were clean. We loved having access to the pool, pickleball, volleyball, and nature reserve. It was an accurate description of the property, but still so much better than we expected. We will be back! '
