'We stayed the first week of July 2025 to visit family with my 3 year old son, husband and mom. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and would not hesitate to stay again. Our host John, was incredible. He was very responsive. We had a few impromptu minor hiccups, and he immediately resolved any issues. 'Great host. Clean house/property. Spacious enough for our family of four (including children ages 10 & 5). We walked downtown & back to the house a few times each day. No problems, great AC & accommodations as listed. We had a great time there!'

'We were really happy with our stay- great place and location. The staff was excellent- we called about an odd smell in the place and they immediately checked and even called a plumber to double check. So 5 stars for service. Unfortunately the smell was there the whole time which did take away from the stay a bit. Overall though excellent place and wonderful service '

'Wanted to kick the summer off with some great hikes of the waterfalls around Ithaca with the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops to start and end the day. This property was exactly what we needed. A short walk to Ithaca commons, and a short drive from all the various waterfalls that we wanted to see.The property was well maintained, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.'

'We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. Very clean, as advertised. Only thing I wish I noticed was there is no back door access to back yard, and there is no gate for back yard, so not really enclosed for pets. It was only a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. '

' We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had plenty of space for our family of 8 and we never ran out of hot water, not even once! Our grandchildren loved the third floor game and tv room! We had everything we needed and appreciated how quickly the host responded to all of my questions including having dishwasher pods delivered to the door the very next day! 'Absolutely loved this spot. Easy walk down to the beach and convenient to town. Check in process went flawless and the place was in great condition. We did have to reach out to the property team while we were there and they were super responsive. '

'Anne's property is very clean and convenient to town as well as some of the best local wineries! It's close to the main road so you hear traffic/trucks on the 3rd floor but not in the main bedroom area so it worked out well overall. I would stay again and hope to when back in the area!'

'Clean and convenient '

'The property was very clean and appealing, it was perfect for a weekend in Buffalo while we went to a conference and visited Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again. They need to stock up on spoons and dish washing detergent for their future visitors. Thanks for a great stay!!'
