'Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. The only productive thing accomplished was that our fridge was switched out for a clean one. The employee “mopped,” resulting in the same floor dirt being pushed around. We...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We stayed in a Lushna Petite. It was just right for the 2 of us. Love the simple elegance and comfort. No screens and basic amenities that were well done, like the single serve pour over coffee and small fridge. Very clean. One thing to note is that the curtain on the large window was perhaps a tad bit small, there were cracks that if someone was creepy, they could peek inside. But we loved all the natural light and overall coziness of the room....
