'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was so cool. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse in the jungle! The provided breakfast was good along with the other snacks in the common area. Very cool experience!'

'Perfect for our stay at Volcano, thank you for upgrading us to a king room, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The contactless check in was easy, just pick up and envelope from the lobby with your room key and instructions. The help yourself towels, coffees and toiletries was a very nice touch. Overall we were delighted with our stay in Volcano and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.'
