'Good air conditioned space. Bed was comfortable. Once the parking situation was figured out it was fine. Could walk to dinner and coffee. A nice bar next door with live music, a great ukulele and guitar combo. Very basic. A clean, safe, and comfortable space from which to explore Kauai. '

'This beachfront studio was a great location to stay in the Kapa'a area, with direct access to a beach and ability to watch sunrises every morning. The unit itself was clean, with the king-sized bed taking up most of the main space as well. It was also nice to have beach chairs available within the unit to use during our stay.Communication with Dave was great during our time there, with detailed check-in and check-out instructions provided.
