'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). Luckily they were able to provide the right code so we could get in.The studio is smaller then the pictures show and smelled terrible. 'There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff'

'Overall we had a good stay. The view from the room was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The resort itself was nice and the staff around the property were very friendly and helpful, especially the people who shuttle guests to and from their cars. Parking is a bit of a walk from the units, so they take you by golf cart, which was convenient, though it might be a little harder for older guests. we enjoyed our stay and the view was truly amazing.'

'Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. Not sure what was up with the shower amenities provided, but they were the cheapest shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Pretty sure the conditioner was half water. Definitely bring your own! 'An awesome condo in an awesome little community. Perfect for proximity to North Shore adventures, and not nearly as busy as the east and south shores. The condo itself is the perfect home base. Host was super helpful in accommodating at early bag drop off, and always responded to questions expeditiously. We had an amazing time here. 5+ stars! '

'There were 200 in additional resort fees that we found out about once we got there which wasn’t very fun. The ‘Add’l Resort Fees’ should be more specific. Maybe we just missed it with our lack of reading but be more specific please about the fees & what they are for & how much they are. '

'Loved the access to the ocean. Pool was lovely and having a bar by the pool was nice. Our room was clean and tidy although marks on bathroom floor were a bit off putting. That being said, we would stay again!'

Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly.
