'Our second time staying at Daniel’s place and we hope to be back again someday! The unit has everything you need and is the perfect little oasis on the N Shore. The view and birds on the lanai are always my favorite part!The bed is comfy and the apartment was clean. Daniel answered quickly via text when we had questions and made sure we were all set. 'Amazing top unit with spectacular views. So spacious with truly everything we needed for our week stay with updated features, great WiFi connection and cable TVs. You’ll find beach chairs, pool toys and foam boards on the lanai- beach chairs were clutch. There was a leak in the roof from heavy rain that dripped into the kitchen. 'The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed...

'Gorgeous views — more impressive than the photos. Excellent location. Can walk 5-8 minutes down the hill to a very quiet and dreamy beach. The room itself, as others have noted, could use some upgrades. Lots of scuffs along walls and baseboards, lumpy pillows, wobbly end tables, mid-range amenities (towels, soaps, etc.).
