'Newly renovated property with food amenities on site, but loud. Clean rooms and friendly staff'

'Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness...

'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'

'Staff was a little rude not very friendly especially front desk and some bartenders (not all). Food was good but should have more of a variety of options. '

'We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.'

'Property and rooms were very clean and landscaping was beautiful. In my opinion, the pool n hot tub area could some maintenance or updates but still nice. We ate on site and the food and service were on point!! Front desk staff was wonderful too!! '
