'I LOVED this beautifully restored historic cottage and wish I could’ve stayed longer! It’s in short walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach where the sunset is amazing and the water is crystal clear over black sand. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The bed was soft and luxurious. I will be bringing my family here next time I come because there’s plenty of room for my two grown kids and their friends. 'Our host Cam was great. He had all the detailed info ready for us when we arrived. I liked that our room was close to our car. The room had a comfortable bed, a walk in closet, and a nice updated bathroom. The lanai was nice every day along with a kitchen that has everything. This is a big house with different units with private entrances. The location is superb. Walking distance or a quick drive to anything..beaches.. pool…restaurants..coffee shops..longs drugs..food trucks..I will stay...

Several days strangers set up lawn chairs in front of our view on the grass and every sunrise there was a pack of noisy people standing out on the grassy area to right (residents in units without views?). With all the people roaming around, felt had to keep curtains closed at night which limited air flow and lovely views of stars.
